SURVEYING & MAPPING
Surveyor's Proposal of Activities and Estimated Fees for each:

1. Research and recover plats, right-of-ways, sectional information, state plane control
monuments and benchmarks. Obtain recent aerial photography from County GIS office
for overlay.
2. Field establish horizontal (NAD 83/90) and vertical (NAND 88) controls and establish
GPS base station, recover sufficient boundary, right-of-way and sectional control
monuments to spatially place right-of-way and lot lines.
3. Field locate improvements, utilities, etc. per engineer's scope Sheet 3 or 4 (attached).
Obtain rim and invert elevations on sanitary and drainage structures. Obtain top of nut
elevation on water main valves.
4. CADD drafting to support mapping.
5. Quality assurance coordination with engineer and deliverables.
