This proposal to Crestview City Youth Basketball if accepted will be returned to
Crestview Sports ASAP.
If officials arrive and the game is canceled a game fee will be charge. Crestview
Sports requires a 12-hour notice on all cancellations, or a game fee will be
charged.
The City of Crestview Recreation Department will stand with the officials. Email:
