I believe that is what you had said the last time we spoke. The permit issued for the demolition has been closed, so there is absolutely no reason to continue the case. As it relates to the garage, it is in great condition and doesn't cause harm to my neighbors or the environment. Also, as stated in the city ordinances you shared with me, vehicles do not have to have license plates. Instead, I'll follow the ordinance description that specifies that attaching a registration certificate to a vehicle would suffice. Lastly, in order to build a new house and repair the garage, I have to wait for the plans to be finalized by the architect and engineer. I do not appreciate that my previous case related to the demolition of a structure is being used to actively find more insufficiencies with my property. I am a law abiding citizen and trust that the mentioned above items will be corrected. for my part, I can promise that my property will not be turned into an abandoned place or a dump. but your actions, blackmails, nit-picking about my property will be hard for me. instead of helping me, you are restricting my rights and freedom to use my property. to obtain any permits there are other obstacles that need to be passed. and by your actions, limiting me to dates, blackmailing me with fines, constant nit-picking, you make me a malicious violator of the law, which I am not. from the moment the house was bought, i am the only person on the street who tries to promote his property as best as possible. but in my opinion we are in a free state where the rights of freedom and inviolability of a person are protected by the state. but I can fully consider your actions as a threat to my rights and freedom. in our time this is considered a dictatorship, which is not acceptable. you are in a government job and are trying to use the force of law against me and my property unjustifiably. therefore, I ask you to stop rushing me or forcing me to take actions that largely do not depend on me. and also I am not a lawbreaker and do not intend to be. The dilapidated structure will need to be demolished, or the property owner can obtain engineered drawings from a licensed engineer to submit to the building department for review and reinstatement of the required permits. If you would be interested in having the structure demolished, The City of Crestview offers a nuisance abatement grant program, and I would be happy to send over an application for that. With this program we can demolish the structure at no cost to the property owner. At this time, if the property is not brought into compliance with the City of Crestview's codes and ordinances, it could be brought to a hearing in September and fines may start accruing. Hello Josh Grace. My name is Ruslan Pop. I am the owner of real estate 674 Brock Avenue Crestview. I am asking you for help and protection of the illegal actions of your subordinate office Medlin Tato. She is extorting documents from me that cannot be obtained legally. Friday 11.18.22. I was in the office to get permission to install a temporary fence, which was installed to prevent garbage from being carried out to the city limits, which would be a direct violation and restricting access to unauthorized persons. Cars that are on my private property, which I can confirm with documents, your officer refuses to accept, extorting documents from me that she has no right to demand from me. The law of the city has a list of documents, one of which I have the right to provide. Therefore, I do not see any violation on my part so that I cannot keep my property on my land, for which I also pay taxes. The officer uses the force of law for his own purposes to enforce selective influence on my rights and private property. At the same time, the officer m.t. forces me to non -legal actions, keeping me and my family in constant stress, which affects my health and the quality of work, since I have to leave work, visit government offices in order to make sure that this officer is not competent. Once again I ask for the protection of my rights and private property from illegal actions of m.t. If necessary, I can personally meet with you or a competent representative. I will send you copies of private property as a photo, if necessary, I can bring it personally. Thank you very much for your understanding . On Thu, Dec 1, 2022, 10:48 AM Joshua R.
