It is now August 17th 2022 and they have not made contact with any permit techs or attempted to obtain permits for a Shed, a deck, and a fence. The deck in the back of the house appears to be at a height requiring engineered plans, the shed on the left side of the house does not appear to have hurricane tie downs installed. Do to the time passed since notice was left at the front door without any attempts to rectify, I am now sending this to code enforcement for escalation. It was my understanding from the inspector that a new deck had been built and the site plan states addition to deck. The original deck built in 2020 when the c/o was issued would not apply to the code case and it will not be included in the new permit, only the deck addition is to be permitted and we will only inspect the new portion and the steps, handrails, guardrails etc. on the deck addition area. I have been through the accessory structure application 3 times, and I cannot locate the sq footage. The plan from Premier Buildings just says size varies that I see. The permit techs have been over and couldn't locate the sq footage. The only dimension of the shed I see is 6' from what I assume is the fence, but we need the dimensions from shed to house and from property lines to shed. The lot is a large lot so it appears you should have plenty of room, we just need the dimensions. The fence will go through Planning/Zoning for approval along with the site plan for the shed.
