However, since the validation is not until 11/29, with a 30 day appeal period, I don’t think anyone will loans funds on the basis of the assessments before the appeal period runs. Mark E. This could be delayed until around February if the Town wants to authorize another bridge loan to get us from November to February. We will incur Survey expenses of $34,000 and Engineering/Proj Mgt expenses (Utilities and BNG) of around $150,000 between now and November 1 which we will pay out of currently approved funds. We will need approximately $60,000 to carry us thru for the months of November thru February. Contracts with FPL and Construction Contractors should be executed around March. That will be the first significant expense. It would be my recommendation that we target closing the loan around February 1, 2012. and avoid the interest payments for November thru January.
