1. That said Addition was annexed to the City of Richmond on
September 19, 1966.
2. That there are now 24 homes (21 occupied) in said Addition and
that the average assessment on the homes in said Additions in now approx-
imately $6,177.00.
3. That the Board of Public Works and Safety is respectfully re-
quested to consider ordering fire hydrants into said Buchholz Addition,
in view of the increasing problem of affording adequate fire protection
for said area as the number of homes increases.
Mr. Ronald said an error had meen made in the orginal annexation and a
small portion of land has been left without Cityvater and fire protection.
The Board took the problem under advisement, following a report from the
Fire Chief next week.
There being no- further business on motion duly made, seconded and carried,
the meeting adjourned.

siding--with. the following members present: Mr. Howell, City
Controller and Mr. Jacobs , City Engineer. The following busi-
ness was had to-wit: -
-Mr: Howell. moved the Board. appr.ove . a request by the State .
Theatre for permission to hold...a sky-diving ..exhibition .in .the
downtown area . as a .moving picture- promotion. _ -The .skydiver is .
to provide the City with a certificate of . liability insurance
in the amount of $300 ,000 . 00 , seconded by Mr. Jacobs and on-
unanimous voice vote -the.motion. was carried: . . .. • - . - `
There being no further business on motion duly made, seconded
and carried, the meeting adjourned. •
