A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROV0
THE APPROPRIATION OF $21,906 FROM THE USED OIL RECYCLING GRANT 1
THE FY 2013 -14 USED OIL RECYCLING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, in addition to the current balance in Used Oil Recycling Fund (Fu
3621) the City received $19,869 from the Used Oil Payment Program Cycle 3 (OPP
FTn
WHEREAS, the City anticipates to receive
Program Cycle 4 (OPP4) in April 2014; and
WHEREAS, appropriation from Fund 3621
$20,031 from the Used Oil Paym(
Used Oil Recycling Grant Fund in i
amount of $21,906 to the FY 2013 -14 Used Oil Recycling Grant Program is needed lin
order to pay for costs for additional catchbasins cleaning and outreach for the March 22,
2014 Household Hazardous Waste Collection event. I
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the City Council approves the following appropriation of not
exceed $21,906 for Used Oil Recycling Program: f

Transfer from unappropriated Fund
3621 Used Oil Recycling Grant Fund
; $21,906
Transfer to 3621 -45 -460
(FY2013 -14 Budget)

Section 2. That the City Council authorize the carryover of u
appropriation above to the subsequent fiscal year.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2014.
