I spent a good bit of time on the phone with commissioner dering this morning. One question he asked that I
could not answer is whether the amount of the loan proceeds plus assessments already collected are expected
to be sufficient to pay the project costs, and also whether they might be in excess of the project cost. Clearly
that answer needs to be in hand for this afternoon's meeting.
