A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY, OF LYNWOOD ORDERI
THE CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE AND FILE A REPORT REGARDING T
LYNWOOD LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, AS REQUIRED BY T
LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT OF 1972 (PART TWO OF DIVISION 15 OF T
STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA), FOR FISC
YEAR 2014 -2015
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did, on June 2, 1981, ado
Resolution No. 81 -69 ordering the formation of the Lynwood Lighting Assessme
District; and
WHEREAS, there are no proposed new improvements or any subst
changes in the existing improvements referenced in Resolution No.81 -68 which
adopted on June 2, 1981; and
WHEREAS, Section 22500 et. seq. of the Streets and Highways Code requir
that an annual report regarding the Lynwood Lighting Assessment District be prepar
and filed.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOI
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Engineer is hereby ordered to prepare and file
report in relation to said Assessment District, all in accordance with Part 2, Division
of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4`" day of February, 2014.
