Mark - I haven't prepared an agenda but wanted to just list a few of the issues that would be helpful to discuss this
afternoon on the call. I know that I scheduled the call but will defer to you to bring us all up to speed on the finance
issues. Skip is not available for the call. Please feel free to add or modify topics below as you see fit:
1) When can/should the Town begin levying the assessments
- after bond validation (earliest on tax roll probably 11/12)
- after project completion (when might that be?)
2) Based on the above, what is the financing plan
3) What are estimated loan/financing costs
4) Costs not currently included in assessments:
- PA costs ($.75/parcel + $150/year) & TC costs (1% annual collections)
- gross up for early payment discount
- loan/financing costs
