Call to Order
Mayor JB Whitten called the meeting to order to 5:15 p.m.
City Clerk Maryanne Schrader stated the Selection Committee consists of Jarrod Stewart, Dr.
Naomi Barnes, Patrick O'Malley, Hannah Wilburn, and Pearl McKay. Hannah Wilburn and
Pearl McKay were not able to attend. However, P. McKay called in her preference. She
distributed the evaluation sheets and copies of the submittals.
Dr. N. Barnes arrived at 5:20 p.m.
Mayor JB Whitten stated all were qualified candidates.
After discussion, the committee agreed that Dana Clah had the most points based on the criteria.
Adjournment
Mayor JB Whitten adjourned the meeting at 5:36 p.m.
