MINUTES
FEBRUARY 14, 2023

Call to Order
City Clerk Maryanne Schrader opened the meeting at 2:00 p.m. and stated those present for the
committee are: Carlos Jones, Dawn Barnes, Jayce Vanderford, Stephanie Raybon and Heather
Sutton.
City Clerk M. Schrader mentioned the committee rated the submittals independently prior to the
meeting.
City Clerk M. Schrader asked C. Jones to go over the submittal ratings, as he had the experience
in what Public Services needed.
The committee went over the following submittals: TMA, Fieldman, Univerus, Central Square,
Trimble/City Works, Cartegraph, KloudGin and Truepoint.
The committee discussed each of the companies submittals in relation to customer service,
training, references, number of users on the system at one time, minority status, integration,
experience, and integration.
After going over the ratings, the committee decided on the top four to provide demonstrations:
Trimble/City Works, Cartegraph, Central Square, and KloudGin.
The committee discussed a number of issues with not addressing specific points, Univerus;
Truepoint because of overall cost; TMA could only have ten users on the system at any given
time; and Fieldman was too small. The companies were eliminated, as they did not meet the top
four criteria to provide demonstrations.
Adjournment
City Clerk M. Schrader adjourned the meeting at 2:36 p.m.
