Ok, I waited until this morning so I could look at the print. I had reversed the addresses.
The issue is with 10 Driftwood.
If you will recall, we inquired about this residence on Friday regarding the dual 4/0. To which
you responded that the load as calculated by FPL required what was shown on the plans. I met
with the crews yesterday morning to look at it again to see what could be done in the way of
routing the cable inside the can and adding double lugs.
I put a call in to John L to inquire as to whether pushing a single copper 4/0 might be a simpler
solution. He called late yesterday and said they would look at it again last night.

I am not concerned about the individual resident, but You are not telling me the issue so I can tell the Town
Staff. It makes it look like we do not know what we are doing unless I communicate the issue found.

There is no issue with 10. It was being done along with 9 because they are in the same area.
The issue with 9 is the routing of cables inside the can due to the conduit attachment locations.
I spoke with Wayne and he had said that he notified 5 and 7 as well for today for a total of six.
So when we stopped to look at 9, the crews moved to 5 and 7. I can tell you that they are
talking to all houses on a daily basis and if we miss one, as we did today, we notify them and
ask if the next day will be ok.

Did they not look at the meter cans before scheduling the conversion? Meter can conduit entry must be
acceptable to FPL. Wire must have adequate bending radius and enter from the bottom or bottom of the sides
for underground services.
IF you find issues inside the meter can (lugs bad, can must be reworked, etc) then note that on the report so I
can forward it to the Town.
Can you tell me the issue with 9 and 10?

All homes are receiving notice. 9 and 10 were deferred in order to contact the local inspection
authority for some clarification on conduit entry.
We plan as best we can. If for some reason we run into an issue we contact further homes to
keep going.

Below is the note I sent out Friday showing that on Monday 9/8 we would work on 11, 6 9 and 10 Driftwood.
Your note today shows you worked on 11, 6, 5, and 7 Driftwood. Inconsistent….not good
Why was 9 and 10 deferred? And did 5 and 7 get their advanced notice?
