If that is the case, can we get the blessing to remove the guys ourselves? If scheduling is the issue, then what’s the WR so I can have someone investigate the crew? I stand corrected as Cliff was told a WR was required, then scheduling would be the issue. I took that to mean removal was acceptable. It seems to me this is not a Hypower issue as we would not request a WR. Note, if a guy exist today, then a guy needs to remain until the OH is removed. If that is the case then we have a “Chicken and Egg” conundrum given the location of the easement. Not sure what we can do without a directive solution from FPL. Moving them back to the east would impact the property vegetation, etc… Just a thought, can this service @ 111 Ocean be fed off of T-12 (100KVA) presently feeding the homes across the street? Eliminating TX-11 (50KVA)? Both C phase. Then we would just need a secondary HH there. Top Side Jumpers On the Feeder/Primary Risers on each ends. Were these in the OH contract? We really need to heat this up ASAP. I’m working w/ the local area to have someone install the jumpers & awaiting a call back.
