Good afternoon Rita,
You should have received this attached letter addressing the Surety’s assurance to provide the Payment and
Performance Bonds in the mail last week but just in case I am attaching it here for your records. The Bonds themselves
will be submitted with the executed agreement.
Over this afternoon and tomorrow you will be receiving via email the certificates of Insurance required for this project
for Hypower and the associated Subcontractors listed in the proposal.
Common practice is to have these sent to you directly. They send PDF files now that everything has gone paperless. I will
be copied as well as Mr. Brannon. Once they are all in I will put them together in one package and submit to you all at
once in a single package with the executed agreement.
