Good morning Danny,
We have an issue with utilities near 800 Andrews where the ATT cabinets are. Apparently that area is packed
with fiber lines heading south to George Bush on the west side of Andrews.
Are we able to cross to the east side just past the brick driveway south of the TX and travel south to the pole on
the east side?
