The 10' x 10' marked area is for the Transformer only. The HH is shown on F-11 to be just south of the property
line and just east of the ROW line in the NW corner of the property for 1171. The limitation is 8.6' back from the
ROW to set the HH. This HH feeds that property specifically. So you should set the HH over the pipes shown
on the plans. Is this the "over" that you were referring to? The pictures are inconclusive as to your intention.
Danny, if I am incorrect, please let me know.
FYI, Cliff the TX is shown 3' North of the property line.
