Danny,
The B phase pulls between T-4 and the pole on George Bush as well as the pull between T-4 and
T-5 are proving to have too many bends and overall length.
T-4 to George Bush has 6 bends (counting the riser bends)
T-4 to T-5 has 5 (counting riser bends)
The supplemental plans show no Primary boxes in this area.
We would like to propose setting two primary splice boxes in the locations shown on F-14 & F-15
drawings attached in the ballooned areas. (The FPL Set showed a box at the F-15 location)
