Subject:INSURANCE CERTIFICATES FOR HYPOWER, INC.

We are pleased to enclose insurance certificates for our insured, Hypower, Inc., for the Town of Gulf Stream Phase One
Utility Undergrounding Initiative. As instructed, we have issued two separate certificates – one for Florida Power & Light
and the other for the Town of Gulf Stream. The certificate also shows that Hypower does have Blanket Builders
Risk/Installation Floater coverage.
The one thing missing from this email is evidence of the Town’s Protective Liability coverage – this is being written
project specific in the names of Florida Power & Light Company, Inc. and Town of Gulf Stream – with XL Insurance
effective 9/6/13. We are waiting for a policy number to be assigned so that a certificate of insurance can be issued for
that coverage as well.
