We had Betsy provide an as-built survey.
You are to provide as-built construction drawings signed and dated marked in red to reflect any changes in the
actual construction versus the original plan.
We will have to send the FPL sheets to FPL along with the As-built survey and the final certified ROW
document.
So, have you sent signed, dated, and marked up as-built copies of all the drawings?
