Chuck,
Our only spot is across from 670. (Picture 671 attached) We did our other recent work near 619 and that was patched at that time.
We have no excavations on the east side. Prior to these two excavations all of our areas were patched before Terry left.
We will do our best to catch the patch at 671 this week but at the latest by Monday 9/2.

I do not know who is responsible for the other two cuts on the east side. I seem to remember ATT working near 561. It does not
even appear to have been compacted.
TLN Tags have been attached on the final 2 transformers. 4156 & 4261

Please let me know which ones are yours and when they might be paved. I'd appreciate it if you would let me know if you
know who belongs to the third cut.
Florida Public Utilities is scheduled to start replacing their gas mains by directional drilling on September 4th. They will be
below their existing main with the new main. They will also be replacing any steel service lines with plastic.

Danny,
I toured Island Drive Friday, August 23rd and found three unpaved cuts in asphalt as described below:
1. Opposite 561 Island Drive Looks like it could belong to ATT
2. Opposite 670 Island Drive
3. 686 Island Drive
It would be great to have these paved as FPU will be coming to install replacement gas mains and tying in services
possibly as early as next week. I need to know who the above cuts belong to.
