RESOLUTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
WIIEREAS, Section 8 of tile Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231 ILL. 1975,
permits the exclusion of the public flora a meeting in certain circumstances; and
WtlEREAS, tiffs public body is of the opinion that such circumstances presently
exists;
NOW, TllEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEI) by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, Slate of New Jersey, as follows:
1. The public shall be excluded fi'om attending, discussing or participating itl the
hereinafter specified subject matters.
2. Tile general nature of tile subject matter to be discussed is as follows:
Personnel matters and Litigation.
It is anticipated at this time that tile above stated subject matter will be made
public:
_ Upon conclusion of the matters.
4. This resolution shall take etTect immediately.
Adopted the 12th day of August ,
