SCOPE OF SERVICES:
• Task 1: Perform a constructability/biddability review of the bid documents and previous bid
correspondence to identify any errors, omissions or inconsistencies in the bid documents that would
generate inaccurate bids. AHE will prepare a report of findings to deliver to the design engineer for
consideration within ten (10) business days of Notice to Proceed.
Task 1 Lump Sum: $4,800
• Task 2: Perform CEI services for the City of Crestview throughout the duration of the construction
activities for the above referenced project.
Task 2 Lump Sum: $280,670 (based on 365-day contract duration). A supplemental agreement will
be requested should the contract duration be extended beyond 365 days. See the man hour estimate
below:
Construction Days = 365 days to final completion (estimated) 52 weeks
