Danny,
I can’t find your message and photos at Hidden Harbor now but I have attached some photos off
of Google earth from back in 2011 depicting the condition of Hidden Harbor prior to the project.
It appears to me from these that the road was cracked and crumbling quite badly prior the
beginning of the project. There is one from 2014 before we began excavating there that showed
the corner at Ocean was crumbling already but we fixed that because we did add to that during
the tie ins close to Ocean.
