The contract with the Town was for 1,349,064.00 with an option for $227,096.00 for the street lights. The street light portion was not executed. The attached work tracking spreadsheet has a summary of the change orders and the approved originals are in the Town’s files. I have a question regarding the Hypower, Inc. invoices. 1.Can you send me a summary of the change orders that total $35,967.08 with Bill’s authorization? I only have one authorized change order that resulted in a gross change of -203,513.59 (including an adjustment or $213,611.20 for alternate street lighting that was deleted, but I don’t see accounted for anywhere on the final invoices and the additional $10,097.61 for labor and equipment reimbursement which is included).
