Can I add the Cap Bank and TX @ North Road intersection? Is that 38 or 39?

I think you had given me a name of a contractor who could do some asphalt work and install some concrete
sidewalk and curbing. Can you send it again?
Or was I dreaming???
Attached are the plans...ADA painting is needed also.
