Where is it being installed physically in the dirt or concrete? Our limitations are that the lighting can be no taller than 4”. They will be lighting Signage that is approx. 5’ in height. Initially my thought was water tight ground up-light cans but there is a concern these would get covered with debris from all the vegetation in the area. Thoughts?
