The issue arose due to the tree at the west end which encroached into the easement approx. 2-1/2’ driving the Cap pad 3-1/2’ east causing a 3’ overlap into the clearance area in front of the TX’s. Correcting via relocation of the TX pad at this point is quite a bit of additional work as all the primary and secondary conduit is tied in already. The more logical approach would be to shift the cap pad south 1-2’ to clear the tree and back 3’ to clear the TX pad leaving a 6” buffer from the west edge of easement. This only affects those 3-2” pipes. The only minor issue would be that the existing wood fence, which is barely visible and has been removed throughout the rest of that area, encroaches inside the easement about1-1/2’ – 2’ so that last post and subsequent section of fence would need to be removed. Please find attached sketch and photos showing items above. This plan also removes temporary issue with the existing pole with respect to the TX opening, etc… Approve relocation of Cap Pad as opposed to TX pad? , Regards John Zoerhof Division Manager – Power Services Direct 954.917.1439 Cell 954.448.0369 954.978.9300 – Main 954.978.8666. - Fax Please consider the environment before printing this e-mail  1 NOTICE: This email is intended solely for the use of the individual to whom it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential or otherwise exempt from disclosure.
