This pay app seemed perfect at first glance but how do I explain that completing the entire feeder is only $2,000?
And over 50,000’ of pipe in the ground has no value unless the pad is set? I brought this up on the first pay app two
months ago and I thought we agreed that it was not perfect but we would work together to cover cost. That cost is in
the bore, not the ties and pads.
You always have 10% retainage for concerns. That may not be enough to give us the whole job but certainly some more
$$ toward the efficiency of the feeder pull and conduit bores to date.
