The Town’s architect has recommended that the pole be shortened to 10 feet versus the 12 foot pole we
have. In addition, the street signs all have fluted posts, so we should make ours fluted also. Hypower will
purchase the pole and include it on their open Demo Street Light Change Order.
I assume Tony will originate the order. I would like to review the order before it goes out.
Can anyone tell me how long it will likely take to get this pole?

Vendor (Beacon Lighting) is sending a new fixture with adjustable light output. It has been shipped to Town
Hall, but has not arrived as of yet.
The pole needs to be changed to a fluted pole to match the street sign posts. Do you want me to go ahead and
order a 10 foot fluted pole?
