Danny,
It has come to my attention that the Cable crews, in the interest of accelerating their portion of
the project, would like to increase the working hours to include Saturday. On their behalf could
you review and let us know if this is approved.
I have also been informed that they would like to work Sunday as well. This is not accounted for
in the documents and would be a special request. Given the remaining Contract time I would
urge for approval of this request. The activities performed should not be high impact to the
residents. The excavation portion is nearing the end and those crews would not be there. Maybe
we could limit it to make up crews on that day. That would eliminate pulling equipment that
would hinder residents.
