THIS EASEMENT made this the/Iday of CZ;frf , A . D. ,
1.973, between BE.AT.RICE ROPER a/k/a BEATRICE SHAFFER hereinafter
called "OWNER" as the party of the First Part and CITY OF CRESTVIEW,
a municipality under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"CITY, party of the Second Part.
WITNESSETH: That the Owner, in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar
1. 00) and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the CITY, its successors and
assigns, a perpetual easement and right -of --way for the purpose of con-
struction of drainage in, upon and through the following described land in
Oka loosa County, State of F tor ida , to -w it:
Temporary Construction Easement for a period to be good
through March l5, 1974, on the property described in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Permanent Drainage Easement - See Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof showing description for Permanent
Easement.
The City agrees by acceptance of this easement that it will put the
land back in the same general condition as it was prior to the
construction.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the CITY its successors and
assigns forever and the Owner will defend the title to said land against all
persons claiming by, through or under the said OWNER.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the First Part has hereunto set
