STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF OKALOOSA
THIS EASEMENT made this 1 day of November , 1973,
between AL G. RIVES and w ife, MARG,RET CRAWFORD RIVES , MRS. W. A.
PRICE and FELE PETTUS, JR., hereinafter called "OWNERS", as the
party of the First Part and CITY OF CRESTVIEW, a municipality under
the laws of Florida, hereinafter called the "CITY".
WITNESSETH: That the OWNERS, in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($l. 00) and other valuable consideration paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto the CITY, its successors
and assigns, a temporary construction easement and right of way for the
purpose of construction of sanitary sewer lines, for a period to be good
through December 31, 1974 , in, upon and through the following described
land in Oka loosa County, Flor ida , to -vs; it:
(See Attached Exhibit "A" for description)
The CITY agrees by acceptance of this easement that it will
put the land back in the same general condition as it was prior
to the construction.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the CITY, its successors
and assigns forever and the OWNERS will defend the title to said lands against
all persons claiming, by, through or under the said OWNERS.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the First Party has hereunto set their hands
and seals this 1st day of November , 1973.
