Thanks, John Zoerhof Division Manager - Power Services -----Original Message----- From: Danny Brannon \[mailto:DBrannon@BnGEngineers.com\] Sent: Wednesday, March 19, 2014 10:53 AM To: 'Lehr, John' Cc: Cliff Spitzer; John Zoerhof; 'Owen, Jay D' Subject: RE: Town of Gulf Stream - IMAG0680.jpg Two pads require a space of 54" x 96", while one 3phase pad requires 60" x 80". So, for space, one is better. I will look into what they are doing. We have some locations along Hidden Harbor road that would benefit from the reduced depth. Is JD the Contract Rep on this job? The job was MECA'd & issued 11 Duplex pads, but if the installation is tight, as in the past, the 2-pad configuration can work. And, no, no shortage of concrete pads. 1 John C. This setup is correct. Make sure the ground has been compacted and that pads are level. Make sure the leading phase is going into the lighting transformer. John, Did you approve the contractor using two single phase pads versus the three phase pad for open delta banks? Does FPL have a material shortage problem? Danny P. Brannon, P.E. This looks to me like the low profile will be on the left. Is that correct?
