My understanding is that Cliff did know what was ready to be surveyed. We have quite a bit to get
documented now. There was an issue with stakes that he did not know the answer to so he was getting
assistance with that. He has been scheduling and talking directly with Bill.
I think there was a gap in communication. I will try to be there next time myself.

John, If you call when you need the survey folks, and you have someone to tell them what is ready, it should
work fine. When Clif was asked what was ready, he responded that the did not know, and could not get the
crew to come over and tell the surveyor what was ready.

Danny,
Got your message. There were issues with missing stakes by the golf course so Cliff needed to get the crew
supervisor over there. I think a good idea is to schedule these as well with specific areas. I was concerned
about that yesterday along Ocean that we would lose the staking if left too long.
