A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
ADOPTING THE MCCALL CITY COUNCIL 2012 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE;
PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the McCall City Code § 1.8.2 states regular meetings of the Council shall be held on
the second and fourth Thursdays of each and every month at the City Hall, 216 East Park Street,
McCall, Idaho, except that when such regular meetings fall upon a legal holiday, the same shall
be held on the preceding day unless otherwise fixed by the Council; and
WHEREAS, Idaho State Code §50-706 states that one- half (1 /2) plus one (1) of the members of
the full council shall have the power to call special meetings of the city council, the object of
which shall be submitted to the council in writing; the call and object, as well as the disposition
thereof, shall be entered upon the journal of the clerk; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the McCall City Council meetings are to make a decision or to
deliberate toward a decision for the business of the City of McCall in accordance to the Open
Meeting Law described in Idaho Code Title 67.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MCCALL, VALLEY COUNTY, IDAHO THAT:
Section 1: The Schedule for the regular meetings of the McCall City Council for the months
of February thru October 2012 will be the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 5:30
pm at the Legion Hall, City Hall Lower Level.
Section 2: The Schedule for the regular meeting of the McCall City Council for the month of
November 2012 will be second and last Thursdays of the month at 5:30 pm only to accommodate
for the holidays at the Legion Hall, City Hall Lower Level.
Section 3: The Schedule for the regular meeting of the McCall City Council for the month of
December 2012 will be December 13, 2012 at 5:30 pm only, to accommodate for the holidays, to
be held at the McCall -Donnelly High School Annex.
Section 4: The Schedule for the special meeting work sessions of the McCall City Council
for the months of February thru October 2012 will be the Friday after the second regular meeting
at 3:00 pm at the Legion Hall, City Hall Lower Level. This schedule is subject to change as it for
Special Meetings of the Council, any change will be posted no less than 24 hours prior to the
meeting time.
Section 5: The Schedule for the special meeting work session of the McCall City Council for
the month of November 2012 will be November 30, 2012 at 3:00 pm at the Legion Hall, City
Hall Lower Level. This schedule is subject to change as it for Special Meetings of the Council,
any change will be posted no less than 24 hours prior to the meeting time.

Section 6: This resolution shall be in full force and effect on January 19, 2012.
