Can we meet somewhere to open the plan set and get this straight today? I am missing
something here with how the circuitry and loops will work. We have already now lost some
completed work.

Subject: Change to avoid working in Hidden Harbour
Residents Attorney responded that there would be a delay in dealing with the issue of the easement in Hidden
Harbour. So we need to change our plan as follows. This will allow for the rerouting of this phase around the
site using bore route already in our plan for the most part. ( add the 2” shown in red, delete the 2” shown in
blue). We will need to stay in the 5 foot easement as shown on the plans for the section running north of
Hidden Harbour.
