A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO RELATING TO THE
PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO LEASE A SAFE DEPOSIT BOX TO SECURE
RECORDS AND DATA FOR THE CITY OF MCCALL; AND AUTHORIZING
THE PERSONS DESIGNATED TO SIGN THE SAFE DEPOSIT CARD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall has records and data that are not kept in a fireproof
location; and
WHEREAS, the City of McCall desires to lease a safe deposit box from US Bank.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Mayor and Council of the City of McCall,
Idaho as follows:
Section 1: That the Mayor, whose name and signature appear on Attachment A, is
hereby designated to sign agreements related to the lease of a safe deposit box.
That the Council President, whose name and signature appear on Attachment A, is
hereby designated to sign agreements related to the lease of a safe deposit box.
That Attachment A will be modified when there is a change of Mayor and/or
Council President Official. Any modifications to Attachment A will be performed by
resolution and be attested to by a person commissioned as a Notary Public for the State of
Idaho.
Section 2: That the City Manager, whose name and signature appear on
Attachment B, is hereby designated to sign agreements related to the lease of a safe
deposit box.
That the City Clerk, whose name and signature appear on Attachment B, is hereby
designated to sign agreements related to the lease of a safe deposit box.
That the Information Systems Manager, whose name and signature appear on
Attachment B, is hereby designated to sign agreements related to the lease of a safe
deposit box.
That Attachment B will be modified with the same rotation as the change with
Mayor and City Council President or in the event there is a change with City Manager,
City Clerk or Information Systems Manager. Any modifications to Attachment B will be
performed by resolution and be attested to by a person commissioned as a Notary Public
for the State of Idaho.

Section 3: That the above individuals be authorized, and the same are hereby
directed to execute the documents provided by U.S. Bank of Idaho as necessary to
implement the intent of this resolution.
