John,
For the period between now and the end of August,
Working Saturdays between the normal work hours has been approved with the condition that
no residential service conversions shall be done on Saturday;
And
Working Sundays between the normal work hours has been approved with the condition that
no loud tools or loud equipment be used, and no residential service conversions will be done on
Sunday.
This approval is subject to change if complaints are received.

Danny,
It has come to my attention that the Cable crews, in the interest of accelerating
their portion of the project, would like to increase the working hours to include
Saturday. On their behalf could you review and let us know if this is approved.
I have also been informed that they would like to work Sunday as well. This is not
accounted for in the documents and would be a special request. Given the
remaining Contract time I would urge for approval of this request. The activities
performed should not be high impact to the residents. The excavation portion is
nearing the end and those crews would not be there. Maybe we could limit it to
make up crews on that day. That would eliminate pulling equipment that would
hinder residents.
