The MCA below replaces the Original MCA that was approved
and signed on 11/15/16. This replacement is to clarify the
language for Future Monies Distribution.
The City of Crestview Police Officers' and Firefighters'
Retirement Plan and the City of Crestview mutually consent that
the current (pre 2017) Excess State Monies Reserve will be
utilized to establish a Share Plan for the Plan's participants. The
City of Crestview will receive $112,000 of the $806,000 of State
Monies that existed in the plan at the time of the original Mutual
Consent. All future State Monies in excess of $192,522.69 will
split 75% to a Share Plan and 25% of future State Monies to the
City. This applies to Monies 2017 and beyond.
