Based upon the City of Crestview Public Services Department comments dated 4/12/2023 and
the subsequent meetings and discussions with the City of Crestview Staff, this Memorandum of
Understanding is in reference to the proposed Texas Roadhouse restaurant and has been provided
with the following acknowledgements:
• There is a $45,700 fee for traffic mitigation.
