OF TRUCK~ ACCEFHNG REPORT OF THE DIRECTOR OF
PUBLIC %CRKS AND GIVING NOTICE OF FIXING TIME
AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC I-IFARING TO 1MPOSE PARCH~
CHARGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-95 ON TOWN SPECIAL
SERVICE AREAS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, AND 9 AND
PERMANENT ROAD DIVISIONS 1 AND 2.
WHEREAS, the Town, by transfer of authority pursuant to LAFCO Resolution 92-06, Nevada
County Resolution 92483, approval of greater than two-thirds vote of the electorate, and adoption
of Town Ordinances, has accepted jurisdiction over former County Service Area (CSA) 4, 5, 6,
8, 9, 10, 11, 19, and 35, now Town Special Service Areas (TSSA) 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9,
and Donner Terrace and Prosser Woods Permanent Road Divisions (PRD), now Town Permanent
Road Divisions (TPRD) 1 and 2; and
WHEREAS, it is required by law that a report be prepared and a noticed public hearing
conducted to determine need and benefit for the imposition of parcel charges;
NOW TI-1ER~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TRUCKEK as follows:
That July 27, 1994 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard in the
Council Chambers, 11570 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, California, is set as the time and
place for a public hearing to hear any objections to the proposed imposition of parcel
charges for the 1994-95 fiscal year.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Truckee, held on the 21st day of July, 1994, by Council Member Cross who moved its
adoption, which motion being duly seconded by Council Member Carpenter was upon roll call
carded and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
