Yes, that open delta station is on the return cables. That is to provide a pulling location without adding a pillbox . It needs to be installed to plan so the loop sequencing is correct

On the attached drawing I have circled what looks to be a TX connected to the return conduits of the 2 phases from the Pump Station.
We are just verifying that is correct. Or should we connect to the conduits on the way back instead.
