Pee Wee Utilizes Coaches to officiate games.
If accepted, this proposal to Crestview City Youth Basketball, if accepted will be
returned to Crestview Sports ASAP.
If officials arrive and the game is canceled a game fee will be charge. Crestview
Sports requires a 12-hour notice of all cancellations, or a game fee will be
charged.
The City of Crestview Recreation Department will stand with the officials. Email
