A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE USE OF THE BATEMAN HALL ROOM #2 AND WAIVING THE RENTAL FEES
IN THE AMOUNT OF $433
WHEREAS, a request was made by Assemblyman Anthony Rendon to host a
registration event for the Affordable Care Act at the Bateman Hall Rental Facility; and
WHEREAS, the panel discussion will take place on Thursday, January 30, 2014
from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council approves the use of City facilities and the waiver
of rental fees in the amount of $433
Section 2. The City Council further finds that Assemblyman Anthony Rendon's
requests serves the important public purpose of educating Lynwood citizens
community -wide.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21St day of January, 2014.
