A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND ITF AND ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN
SERVICES IN THE NOT -TO- EXCEED AMOUNT OF $7,878.50 FOR THE BULLIS
ROAD WATER MAIN PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 4011.67.925
WHEREAS, on September 6, 2011, the City Council adopted Resolution
2011.203 awarding a contract to ITF and Associates for the preparation of plans and
construction documents for the Bullis Road Water Main Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract with ITF and Associates ended on November 10, 2011;

WHEREAS, on August 2012, additional design services were requested for the
Bullis Road Water Main Project and the fee for•these service was $5,425.00; and
WHEREAS, there is an balance of $953.00 from the original contract due and
$1,500.00 for the As Built drawings which have not been completed and submitted to
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves a consulting services
agreement with ITF and Associates in a not -to- exceed amount of $7,878.50.
Section 2. That the Mayor is' authorized to execute said the Agreement
between the City and ITF and Associates in a form approved by the City Attorney.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify as to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2014.
