Comcast Duct Counts
Danny,
This may have already been addressed but there was a question again in the field regarding the Comcast ducts. Normally they will have 1 -2” conduit for the Fiber and one for the CATV
Cable totaling 2 conduits. (For the major line, not inclusive of areas near pedestals, etc. where there are obviously more.) This is what the case was ultimately on our last project.
The drawings show “lines” for conduits, stating either Fiber or CATV but then there is also the nomenclature “2-20” on each line. Even the crossings. Is that calling out a spare for
every single run?
Regards,
John Zoerhof
