MEETING IN EXECUTIVE SESSION OF
RICHMOND COMMON COUNCIL
AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
June 20, 2022
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,June
20, 2022, in the RP&L Board Room, 2000 U.S. 27 South, Richmond, IN. Chairperson Ron Oler
called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m.

Member's present was Larry Parker,Lucinda Wright,Doug Goss,Jane Bumbalough,Gary Turner,
Jeff Cappa,Bill Engle and Board Chair Ron Oler. Absent: Jeffrey Locke
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice. Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
