GROWTH STUDY COMMITTEE

MEETING MINUTES
Committee Members Present: Amy Ritterbusch, Fran DeYoung, Chuck Joseph, Finley
Perry, Tim Brennan, Michelle Murdock, David Wheeler (alternate) Wilson St.Pierre (alternate),
Shahidul Mannan (Appropriations), Jennifer Devlin (School)
Committee Members Absent: Muriel Kramer
Members of the Public: Amy Beck, Ken Parker (Trails Committee)
7:00 PM Preparation for the Forum on 11/20
●Comprehensive review of final slide deck for the public forum
●It was agreed that the Committee should consider additional advertising of future events
via non-digital means (e.g. flyers at the Senior Center and Library) to ensure full public
participation
●While not a part of the the 11/20 slide package, the Committee agreed it needed analyze
scenarios where one or more major commercial/industrial property owners decided to
reduce their footprint in town.
●Approval of meeting Minutes:
○11-12-19 Tim Brennan made motion to approve; Fran DeYoung seconded.
Action items:
1)Next meeting set for December 3, 2019 at a location TBD.
