AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 1995 -3,
AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING FLOOD HAZARD AREAS
and WHEREAS, the Indiana Flood Control Act has been recodified within the Indiana Code;
WHEREAS, said Act is cited in Ordinance 1995 -3.
cites: NOW BE IT ORDAINED that Ordinance 1995 -3 be amended to reflect the updated Code
I. Section 5. b. 1. - "IC 13 -2 -22" is hereby changed to "IC 14 -28 -L"
2. Section 13 - "IC 13 -2 -22" and "IC 13 -2- 22.5" is hereby changed to "IC 14 -28 -1"
and "IC 14- 28 -3."
All other terns contained in Ordinance 1995 -3 shall remain in full force and effect.
